Privacy Statement

What Personal Information is Collected: Vexical’s site automatically collects your IP address (aka log data).  If you contact Vexical via email, register for our newsletter the only information that will be collected are your name, email address and any data you include in your email.  If you request a Quick Quote, Vexical may collect your name, email address, and bill details including: the provider’s name and zip code, the amount of the bill, the insurer’s name, your zip code and specifics on the network and appeals status of your medical bill.

When is the PII Data Collected: Vexical collects the internet protocol log information when you visit the site.  Vexical collects all other data when the user (aka you) fills out a form or enters information on the site.

How Vexical Uses PII: Vexical uses PII to follow up on user requests, for news letter campaigns and for target sales follow-up.  Further, We may use your personal information to:
 a) administer Vexical’s site and business
 b) send information, newsletters, offers and communications to you through our site, via email, US mail, etc.
 c) supply services to you through our site
 d) send statements, invoices and payment reminders to you
 e) Vexical may use data for statistical purposes or for market intelligence but said data would have PII redacted
 f)  Other standard industry purposes
 g) Please assume that any information that is mailed or sent to Vexical will not be returned.
 h) Use the data for analytics purposes

Data Security: Vexical employs antivirus and malware software, various firewalls and password access where appropriate.  Vexical cannot ensure that emails sent to or from Vexical are not intercepted when transmitted over the Internet. Because of this, we caution people about the sensitive nature of the material being sent.

People who send Vexical emails and ask questions will be added to Vexical's email list for announcements, follow-up and such. If you wish to be removed from the email list, simply notify us and your name will be removed.

Data Destruction: While a person’s contact information will be kept for newsletters, announcement and updating purposes, after six years, data not being used is sterilized.  That is, the PII is redacted from the data.

Vexical Does Not Use Cookies for Tracking: Vexical does not use cookies for tracking purposes.  Further, the user
 (aka you) may disable the use of cookies through settings in your internet browser.

Third Party Disclosure: Vexical does not license, sell or trade PII data to third parties at this time.  Vexical will supply data if court ordered.  Vexical may use data for statistical purposes or for market intelligence, and share same with third parties, but said data would have PII redacted.

California Online Privacy Protection Act and Sunshine Law: Per the Act we agree to the following:

   a) This is effective as of the "updated" date listed in the header.
  b) Users may visit Vexical's site anonymously
  c) Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes via Vexical’s updated privacy policy page.
  d) Users are able to change or have their information redacted by submitting a letter and mailing it to Vexical via certified
      mail or return receipt mail.
  e)  PII is not collected via third party web sites.
  f) California residents are entitled to request and obtain from Vexical, once a calendar year, information about the
      customer information Vexical shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. To obtain
      this information from Vexical, please send a certified letter requesting such. 

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act):  Vexical tries not to sell, target or solicit people under the age of 18 years of age.  If the user (aka you) are under 18 years of age, please do not use this site.

Complying With Fair Information Practices, Vexical Will Take the Following Actions Should a Data Breach Occur:  Vexical will notify the affected and post a site notification on its web site within seven business days of learning of the data breach.

CAN SPAM Act: If at any time a user (aka you) would like to opt-out from receiving future emails, the user may email Vexical and Vexical will promptly remove the user from all correspondence.  If the user (aka you) contact Vexical again at a future date, the request to not receive emails will be removed and your contact information placed back on our list.
